Mythopoetic. What's that?

What if your entire life is of mythic quality, your only role is to make it so? What if myths and stories of prophets are merely jazzed up human experience, and what if through the jazz, is where you find the music? What if we're meant to read fiction as poetry? Meaning we look at symbols and imagery as more than what's on the page. Meaning we know that these artists of our current and past selves were trying to express their souls. Sure, fiction is fake, but it doesn't mean that it hasn't happened, that it's not relatable and that it hasn't happened to you or somebody else. Fiction is the safe way to tell the world the terrible truths we know about the human condition, and the beauty of divinity we believe in, lest society call us mad.
My request is we change the way we read, or at least with my projects it is. None of it is literal and yet, in a way it's all real.
It will be fun for those with a healthy dose of narcissism, because this is what we do as people. We think of ourselves, in ways we either say "ah yes, I know what you mean" or maybe we do not have that frame of reference. My goal is to give you that frame of reference. My goal through my writing, is to put you in the shoes that you've never walked in to make you question everything you think you know about the nature of reality, with the hopes that you come out different in the end. Different and better, because I know we are capable of change, and I believe that's what we're all here for, sometimes we just need a little inspiration.
